Yes. Beginners are welcome. Voice lessons are not only for experienced singers or students pursuing professional goals. Many students begin because they want to understand their voice, build confidence, and learn how to sing in a healthier way.

Cierra teaches students ages 12 and up. Around this age, many students are beginning to have more vocal maturity, body awareness, and ability to understand technique-based instruction.
Because voice lessons involve learning how the body, breath, and vocal instrument work together, Cierra has
found that students 12 and older are usually better prepared to benefit from private voice coaching.
For younger children, general music classes, choir, piano, musical theater camps, or playful singing experiences may be a better fit until their voice and attention are ready for more focused vocal instruction.

Yes. Adult students are welcome, including beginners.
Many adults talk themselves out of voice lessons because they think lessons are only for performers or professionals. At Cierra Voice Studio, lessons can be a personal learning experience, whether or not you ever plan to perform.

Lessons are available in person at Cierra’s home studio in Payson, Utah. Online lessons are also available for students in Utah.

Cierra offers 30-minute and 60-minute private lessons.

Yes. The first lesson is free so students can meet Cierra, experience her teaching style, ask questions, and decide whether lessons are a good fit.

There is no long-term commitment required. Students may schedule lessons based on their goals and availability, with one lesson per month as the minimum.

Pricing is shared after a student has had the opportunity to connect with Cierra and discuss lesson options. This allows the focus to stay on fit, goals, and the student’s needs.

Cierra has experience with classical, musical theater, pop, worship, choir, folk, and opera.

Cierra does not specialize in belting instruction. Her teaching focuses on healthy, sustainable vocal technique, tone, control, musicality, confidence, and expressive singing across a variety of styles.
